Getting started

Myself, Vicky, Sophie and Emily have started coming with different ideas about what we want to do for our music video.

We started off looking at different music videos in youtube and asking ourselves what could we do if we decided to use this as our song choice? We gradually narrowed our song choices down to just two.

The genre of music we are looking to emulate is 'Indie'. The term 'Indie' is a sub-genre of alternative rock which derived from the word independant. 'Indie' music is usually known for its 'do it yourself' attitude. The genre of Indie music is not regarded as part of the mainstream culture unlike other genre's of music such as, RnB, Hip-Hop, Jazz etc.
